Dear Friends,

I hope that 2013 is off to a great start for you both in and out of work. As I begin the New Year, I am mindful of the many opportunities that this new beginning presents. Chief among them for me is the opportunity to take my leadership to a higher level, not just as a leader or consultant both also as a parent, spouse, friend and brother.

As the New Year unfolds, let us all be mindful of the opportunity we have to be the role models of leadership excellence in every role that we play.

Choose to Navigate,

Dave O'Brien
