State Funding Available to Train Your Employees
 
Annual state funding for the Job Skills Program is available now on a competitive basis for qualifying companies. Train your employees in project management, leadership, supervision, six sigma, lean, teamwork, computer skills, machining, electronics, blueprint reading, or other areas.
 
Your business is eligible to apply for the Job Skills Program if:
  • You are a Washington employer
  • Your business is in need of assistance for employee training for the purpose of remaining competitive in the marketplace
  • Your employees need skill training to ensure or improve their employability
  • You can provide dollar-for-dollar match of all grant funds (in salaries, benefits, in-kind contributions, and cash.)

Looking for Skilled Employees?

 

Each quarter EvCC has students completing programs that include: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Human Resources Management, CNC Precision Machining, Electronics & Troubleshooting, High Performance Management, Project Management, Aviation Maintenance Technician, Composites, Welding & Fabrication, Computer Aided Design, and Fiber Optics.
