Refuse Billing- Is the City billing customers correctly? Are there opportunities to improve service delivery?
Human Resources Department Hiring Practices- Is the City's hiring and promotional system merit-based? Are we following Equal Employment Opportunity laws as well as merit-based (civil service) requirements?
Payroll- Are internal controls over payroll working effectively? This audit must be contracted out to meet the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) updated Standards for performance auditor independence.We will issue a request for proposals this fall.
