Prior to the New Year, did you notice the vigorous conversations and debates around the "Fiscal Cliff" and what was being done to avoid this looming catastrophe?  Well, I don't recall hearing the term "Fiscal Cliff" for several weeks, but we were all warned that our paychecks would be getting smaller in 2013. Whether paychecks got smaller, larger, or even stayed the same, it is always good advice to stay abreast of news and trends related to compensation, especially for those involved in employment, recruiting, and human resources.  Recently, I came across an interesting article on salary trends, and wanted to share it with you.  Jobs with the Biggest Wage Growth Right Now  I am sure there are more such surveys and data out there.
