Tech Tip
Some alarms provide an audible chirp or sound while the alarm is arming or when the alarm is armed. Most users want to only signal the remote indicating panel because an alarm is sounding due to an unauthorized exit. Turn the silent arming feature on, to prevent signaling when the alarm is in the process of arming, ensuring that a false alarm does not occur during arm up.
