Meet Thomas PaquinOur newest diocesan support representative Thomas joined ParishSOFT just over a year ago and has had a tremendously positive impact on our customer support team. He is quick to learn and eager to help--a great combination for a support representative! We're excited to have him join the diocesan portion of our team.
Thomas works out of our Ann Arbor, Michigan office. He's also recently married, so congratulate him the next time you call in!

Chuckles from Our Users Fun shorts from the parish office 
We serve one parish whose anti-technology pastor will not permit Internet at the church office. His poor secretary has to lug a PC tower to her home to install any software (including our desktop programs) and take training using her home Internet connection. God bless her -- she admits her adult children teach her about technology, and she is happy to serve to the best of her ability as
the most knowledgeable technical person at the parish. We'll pray for her. And him.
One of our ConnectNow users requested this enhancement to our Family Suite (definitely tongue-in-cheek): "I'm looking forward to the new feature where ConnectNow collects students' sins, organizes them, and doles out bulk penance in order to speed up confession nights at Religious Ed classes." |
