• In January hundreds of churches used on our new library of step-by-step End-of-Year videos and help articles. 
• We launched our new Get Support form to give users a better way to send their questions to support 24x7 from our ParishSOFT, CMS, and LOGOS websites.
• And we got some great feedback, including this "Shout Out" from Lisa VanDeLaarschot at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Carmel, Indiana:   

"I just want to reach out and mention the excellent customer service attention I received from Ann Currie. Last Friday I called with an issue on our year-end contribution statements and talked to Ann. Ann felt that it would take some time to figure how to resolve the issue. I explained that I was required to print the statements that weekend and really needed help resolving this quickly so I could stick to this schedule. I mentioned to her that I was coming in the office on Saturday morning and hoped to work on the statements then, if I could. At midnight on Friday night, Ann had sent me an email. Our January release of Diocesan Development Manager (DDM), v3.7.44, includes:  

• Customizable End-of-Year Statements for dioceses and their donors! 
• Pledge Acknowledgement Import, which lets you to import a file containing your organization's pledge acknowledgement data into DDM. 
• New reports for Designation Details and Revenue Projections, and more -- see the 3.7.44 Release Notes for detailed instructions and additional updates to Online Giving and corrections in the Goals Setup area of the DDM program.  

We issue Release Notes with each software update, so you can always keep informed about changes and new capabilities in the products you and your parishes already have. Our Parish Family Suite and our Diocesan Suite have received the green light to run on Microsoft® Windows® 8 operating systems. 

If your organization is looking to update some or all of your computers, know that your ParishSOFT products will work just fine in this new environment. Our System Requirements have been updated to reflect this change.
