CMS Contribution   

  1. Enter and post all contributions for the current contribution year    

  2. Calculate pledge balances and set statement date  
  3. Run a CMS database backup
  4. Archive CMS for the year 
  5. Print end-of-year reports  
  6. Print contributor statements

CMS Fund Accounting:  Ledger & Payables
  1. Run finance data integrity check
  2. Calculate balances
  3. Print end-of-year reports
  4. Make a backup
  5. Archive CMS Fund Accounting data for the year
  6. Run end-of-year
  7. Prepare for next year

CMS Fund Accounting:  Payroll
  1. Complete the last payroll for the year
  2. Run online update
  3. Make a backup
  4. Archive CMS Payroll data for the year
  5. In archive:
    a. Complete 1099 Reporting
    b. Prepare W-2's
    c.     Print W-2 Review
    d. Adjust W-2's (if necessary)
    e. Print W-2's   
  6. In current year:
    a. Run end of calendar year orocess
    b. Clear personal time (if necessary)
    c. Delete employees (if necessary)
