Wood Duck at Box
Help Bird Conservation
Many birds such as the
American Kestrel
shown above, have been declining  due to lack of trees with cavities, where they nest.  A properly installed box on your property will provide cover and roosting sites
for Kestrels and other birds.

Enjoy Wildlife
The haunting, magical call of a Screech Owl, like the one shown above, isn't the only benefit of attracting these nocturnal creatures to your land. Owls dine on a smorgasbord of rodents as well as large insects that can wreak havoc on your garden.

Learn Something New
The stunningly pretty
Wood Duck, like the male shown above, is one of the few duck species equipped with strong claws that can grip bark and perch on branches.  They, too, are declining because of a lack of nest cavities in trees.  Humans' tidy habit of removing dead trees spells peril for these beauties.
