The event was hosted at the Union League Club of Chicago on Jackson Street and the more I started learning about the ULC the more interesting it became. Inside of their halls and ballroom they have a number of original pieces of art which caught my eye and even included a Monet outside of our guest check-in area. Read more

| New Professionals January 2016 Update | |
The New Professionals held a Sushi Class at Bru Chicago on Wednesday, January 20th. We had our own private area in which we learned the basics of sushi rolling from experienced instructors.
Each of the 24 New Professionals that attended was able to make and enjoy three sushi rolls. It was a great way to network while learning a new food skill. The class ended with a sushi roll competition, where everyone was able to use their creativity to create the most unique roll.
The New Professionals group encourages anyone who has been in the industry 10 years or less to join in on our networking fun. Please check the New Professionals page of the Chicago IFT Website for schedule updates.
