"Market is Red Hot"

KXLY-TV News4 reports: "The Spokane housing market is red hot if you are looking to sell your home.

The latest numbers from the Spokane Association of Realtors shows the average price of a home is up 12.2 percent compared to this time last year while the number of homes for sale is down nearly 20 percent as well.

The conditions in the market is making it tough for buyers to find what they're looking for."
