Carrier Corp has replaced the FB4CNF Fan Coil with the new FB4CNP.
To improve ease of installation in the field and to build on the competitive size advantage of the FB4C's small chassis, Carrier is introducing a new line of FB4C fan coils (up to 4 tons) that will include a factory-installed TXV. Because the FB4CNF060 already comes with a factory-installed TXV, Carrier will not be introducing a new model FB4CNP in the 5-ton size. New models are denoted by a "P" in the 6th digit.

Infinity Touch Dealer Service Bulletin
SITUATION: Controls with Version 08 software installed with 2-stage outdoor units may not provide enough airflow in high stage cooling for proper operation. In some applications, this could lead to a coil freezing notification and low capacity issues. This behavior is only exhibited when the UI is configured to Comfort Airflow (factory default).
SOLUTION: Version 09 software has been released to resolve this issue. Until Version 09 software can be installed, the airflow can be configured to Quiet, Efficiency, or Maximum in the cooling configuration setup.

Kidde products available at all DCNE Locations
The leading cause of accidental poisoning deaths in North America, carbon monoxide (CO) is odorless, tasteless and invisible; that's why it's a silent killer. The only safe way to know if carbon monoxide is present is to install carbon monoxide detectors (alarms) on every level of your home, especially in sleeping areas. Kidde has been making CO alarms with electrochemical sensing technology for years. All of Kidde's CO alarm products from basic units to premium CO alarms include the company's patented Nighthawk electrochemical CO sensor. DCNE has Kidde CO, Fire and Smoke alarms available at all of our locations.
