On March 20, 2016, FBCVA voted to call Jace Williamson as the new Student Pastor, starting April 3, 2016. Jace will be taking over the position from Griff Servati who has served at FBCVA for 20 years. Griff will be taking on an expanded Associate Pastor role at the church, focusing on assimilation, discipleship, and missions.

Jace Williamson is certainly not a stranger to FBCVA, having graduated from VAHS in 2009. He holds a degree in Kinesiology from The University of North Texas and will graduate from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in May with a Masters Degree in Theological Studies.
Prior to accepting the call to come to FBCVA, Jace served as Student Pastor at Fusion Bible Church in Durant, OK from September 2013 to March 2016. Jace has been married to Lexie (McMakin) since May 2013 and they have a daughter, Andie Kate, who was born in September 2015. |
