After much prayer by the Pastor Search Committee, Bro. Mike, and the members of FBCVA, the committee is recommending Pastor Mike Lovely as the new pastor of First Baptist Church of Van Alstyne. You will have a chance to meet Bro. Mike and his family on Saturday, April 12. Bro. Mike will be answering questions at 3:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. There will be a social mixer in the Family Life Center at 4:00 p.m. where our church family can meet the Lovely family. On Sunday, April 13, the morning service will begin at 10:30am. Bro. Mike will be preaching during this service. Church members will vote at the end of the service on the calling of Mike Lovely as Pastor of FBCVA.
