If you pre-ordered school supplies in June, they will be waiting in your child's classroom on the first day of school!
NOTE: The Greenwich Public Schools provides all of the materials students need to participate in classroom learning activities. Supply lists are frequently requested by parents for back-to-school preparation. They are not mandatory.

The 2016-2017 Membership Drive is officially underway!
This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and our goal is participation by 100% of ISD families! Your contribution will directly fund PTA-sponsored enrichment programs and special events including Classical Café, grade level partnerships, family events, writing specialists and scholarships---to name just a few.
Membership contributions of $25 or more will receive a complimentary ISD school directory and additional special membership gifts for each donation level.

2016 FALL AFTERS

Fall Afters registration opens at ISDPTA.ORG on Sunday Sept. 11, 7pm and closes on Sunday Sept. 18th. Registration will be based on a "First Come, First Served" policy.
Choose from a great variety of programs that will be detailed on ISDPTA.ORG
on September 1st. Classes begin directly following school and are held on campus; pick up is at 4:15pm. Fall Afters will be a 7 week session.
New Morning Program- Open Gym Days. Tuesday-Friday to align with Music (Chorus/ Band / Orchestra Drop Off)
Classes begin the week of September 26th for students in grades 1-5. While Kindergarten students are not permitted to participate in Fall Afters, we welcome them in the Winter and Spring sessions.

5K Race Fee: $20 Kids Obstacle Course: $12
- 3.1 mile, family friendly course begins and ends at ISD - Open to All!!
- All pre-registered participants will receive a race day t-shirt
- Awards will be presented to the top participants in many different categories. Children are encouraged to run and/or participate in the ISD Kids Obstacle Course- Hay Bales, Climbing Walls, Hurdles and more!

ISD has posted many back-to-school documents in a folder on our website instead of sending home hard copies. It is important to review each one and determine which ones apply to you and need to be completed. Please note the due dates.

Calling all returning ISD families! We are once again hosting our Buddy Families Program and are looking for volunteer families to be buddies for new incoming 2016-17 families. We'd especially love some of our Kindergarten and First grade families to participate as buddies since we have many new incoming kindergarten families.
