Today's EBMUD Pipeline Project/Lafayette Circle
Update
| |
The majority of the work on Lafayette Circle from Mt. Diablo (Round Up/ Starbucks) to Brook St. is complete. The grinding and paving was completed Friday. Beginning today, Monday, July 13 the road will be closed at Roam Burgers for north- bound traffic to begin repairing the crosswalk near Starbucks. This will involve excavation of the area and a new cement slab being poured. They will put plates over the work when they are done. The cement will need to cure for about a week. Then they come back and install the pavers. So expect some detours and delays during this process. The southbound traffic will be open most of the time.
