***A Note From Our Principal***

Dear Students,

Some do not understand our mission statement, "to ignite the GREATNESS within every student". Who? When? How?  We can all ignite GREATNESS in each other when we make choices governed by Torah values; we can lead by example. It is not hard to be a leader if you understand that you can teach others by making good choices yourself. Those of you who volunteered for roles and participated in this project - have certainly grown and benefited in so many ways. Others surely have watched you and have learned from your hard work and commitment.

This project began two years ago. Our goal: to inspire our talmidim to recognize Hashem's Hand in all that happens to us and yes, to ignite the GREATNESS within every student. We have seen many student leaders "step up to the plate" -  each with a unique and important role. The cohesiveness  resulting from this synergy is what we are feeling here tonight.

My thanks is to every single one of you, and I pray that you have absorbed the fantastic lessons that are contained in Megilas Esther, the ultimate story of Hashgocha Protis, A Royal Reversal! I must thank those special staff members who worked so hard to make sure that our talmidim were in the best position to learn these lessons in basic Emunah. To those who have carried this project from its inception and have been involved with every aspect of its progress, I pray that every nuance of your self-sacrifice and Mesiras Nefesh be recognized by the One Above. You have surely ignited much GREATNESS.

Finally, Acharon, Acharon Choviv, I thank Hakodosh Boruch Hu for the amazing Hashgocha Protis we saw as a staff in preparing for this event over the course of the last six months. We will never   forget Your Hand.

With admiration and gratitude for all,

Rabbi Ephraim Palgon

Principal

RMS Play
The Shushan Chronicles: A Royal Reversal

I thought it was a great experience. I really learned how to be responsible.

-Benny Reines

The play was organized and everyone knew what they were supposed to do. It was awesome and special.

-Yehuda Bagdadi

It was unlike any other play I have done or been in. We never had lights and stuff before. Everyone knew their lines well and did it with emotion. It was great, I liked it.

-Yosef Nemani

It was a 'royal reversal' because everything was messed up and three days before the play, it went back to normal. We had little time to practice and a short time to memorize the lines, do the sound and lights and everyone still did really well.

 -Yonatan El-Gad

Our play came out really good. I enjoyed being in charge of the mikes, I really liked being in charge.

-Yossi Rosenberg

The play inspired kids in different grades to work together with each other. It was a great opportunity for kids to shine at what they are good at.

-Dani Levy

Thank you to everyone that came to participate in this amazing experience.
Thank you to those of you that supported us with your generous donations.
