Different Melachos Will Be Featured Each Week:
I took pictures of my classmates while they were tying ropes on a string to make a hammock for the melacha of kosher. Then we tied the hammocks outside between two trees to test them out.

Melachos of סידרא דבגד
We combed and stretched the cotton and it would become very fluffy. Then we used a spinning device and spun it and it would make string. Rabbi Kaganoff had ready-made string so we could weave it in the loom to make cloth.

Reading is our Field Goal
The Reading Plus Program kicked off its first assembly as our Bookball League continues to thrive in Rohr Middle School. Each month the 6th and 7th Grade boys meet to celebrate their achievements in reading comprehension and fluency.
In the Reading Plus Program there are interesting stories.
I read How to Learn Sign Language and now I know some
of the letters and can say the word 'eat' in sign language.
I have also learned new vocabulary words which help me
speak like an adult.

I like reading mysteries and adventures like the story,
Haunted Places. Reading Plus has helped me read faster.
