We have a great lineup for this Saturday's market and hope you will join us!  At 9am, we have a special treat for children.  Darby Venema a teacher at Ocean Earth Wind Fire Studio will lead a free kid's yoga session at 9am.  Please bring a yoga mat for your child if you have one.  We will have some extras if you don't.

In addition to our regulars, Neil's Sharpening will be here to sharpen your knives, scissors and pruners.

Michael Kropp will play his upbeat music on stage starting at 10am.

This week we met with the Borough to brainstorm about layout and parking.  The Borough is very supportive of the market and it is a pleasure to work with them!  In the coming weeks, we will have improved signage to help you know where to find a parking spot.  There is free parking in the Borough Hall lot on the far side of the building and it is a pleasant walk to the market along the trail.  If you park in Lot #3, the one closest to the market, please park only in lined spots.  The lot was designed to maximize the number of spaces while preserving sight distances to keep everyone safe.

Deep Roots Valley Farm
Unfortunately the heat wave has greatly reduced our egg production, so come early if you would like eggs.  We have 300 young hens (18 weeks old) that should start laying soon to help pick up the shortfall.  We will have our full selection of beef and chicken!

Flower & Oats

We are happy to be back this week with fresh baked cookies, sweet and savory.  We'll have Lavender Honey, Toffee + Chocolate and Lemon Poppy Shortbread.  Fig 'N Blue and Rosemary savory bites.  And new cookie bark which is the perfect dessert paired with ice cream on a hot summer night.  Please visit us!
 
Flower Fairies

Happy first week of summer, fairy friends! We will have raspberry almond scones, vanilla bean scones, bacon, cheddar, and chive scones, and pizza scones. We will also have a lovely selection of welsh cookies and Molly's Irish Soda Bread.



Furnace Creek Farm

Furnace Creek Farm offers medicinal and culinary herbs, as well as skin tonic, infused honey, and tisane made fresh from the farm weekly. We'll have another batch of our borage tisane, which has refreshing cucumber, lemon, and licorice notes, and a new tisane - marshmallow root! Our marshmallow root tisane is earthy, minty, and soothing to the body and soul. We will have three different kinds of infused honey: borage, feverfew, and tulsi. Stop by to say hi and chat about herbs!

Morning Glow Gardens, located in southern Berks County, is thrilled to be bringing specialty cut flowers to the Phoenixville Farmers' Market!  Stop by our stand to check out a colorful array of fragrant blooms, including snapdragons, sunflowers and zinnias.  We nurture a healthy soil and do not use chemical pesticides or herbicides.  This gives our flowers their special glow.
