The weather will be perfect for our LAST Winter market on Saturday, March 26th!  We will have lots and lots of goodies for Easter celebrations!

The big news is that we return to weekly, 9am to 1pm markets with live music, and the children's area next week on April 2nd!  We can hardly wait!


In the meantime, this Saturday our farmers and bakers are bringing lots of great food- be sure to take a look at this newsletter so you don't miss any goodies. Remember this week we are open from 10am to noon.

This Week at Market
Artisan's Cafe
New at the market this year...a variety of 6 oz. bags of One Village Coffee beans.  This is an opportunity to try one or two  new blends.





Hoagland Farms
  We will be at the market with a full supply of pork including boneless half-hams. We will also have honey, fall squash, and other items. Please call to order your pork to guarantee you get your needs.
Birchrun Hills Farm
This week in addition to our full selection of cheeses: Birchrun Blue, Fat Cat, Red Cat, and Equinox, we will be bringing Honey & Sea Salt and Summer Herb & Garlic.
Any would make a great addition to a brunch frittata along with our veal sausages, mushrooms and some greens!

Charlestown Farm
We will have arugula, scallions, swiss chard, baby kale, dried chiles, tomato sauce and tomato jam.

We'll have lots eggs, whole chickens, ground beef, burger patties and roasts!

It's kielbasa time and we have some for you! We will also have a few Easter treats in addition to your favorite pierogies
 


Forks Farm
Forks Farm will be at market this Saturday with steaks, hot dogs, burgers for all your Spring grilling needs!




Neil's Sharpening 
 Time to get those garden tools ready,  as well as the knives and scissors.
 
We will also be able to sharpen hair cutting shears!

We will also have carrot cake cupcakes with luscious cream cheese icing and adorable coconut cupcakes filled with lemon cream and topped with toasted coconut buttercream.
