Winter Market!

We are looking forward to a great market tomorrow!  In addition to our regulars, this week we are happy to introduce a new baker,  Rose's Cookies, a gluten free bakery!  Rose makes everything from muffins to pizza crusts and bread- all gluten free. 

Our farmers and bakers are bringing lots of great food- be sure to take a look at this newsletter so you don't miss any goodies.

This Week at Market
Artisan's Cafe
A variety of 6 oz. bags of One Village Coffee.  This is an opportunity to try a new blend like the  Seasonal Blend, "Nor'easter", medium roast level, Full bodied, sweet and complex with chocolate and a hit of citrus, long aftertaste.




Hoagland Farms
  will have pork, honey, winter squash..
Birchrun Hills Farm
We will have our full selection of cheeses: Birchrun Blue, Fat Cat, Red Cat and Equinox!
Blue Cheese on pizza, Fat Cat in a salad and Equinox shredded on some garlicky greens are some of the ways we have been enjoying cheese this winter. My go to, though, in the middle of a busy day is any of our cheeses with some dried fruit and nuts!

Charlestown Farm
We will have green curly kale, baby kale, spinach, scallions, pea shoots, collards, cabbage, dried cayenne.


countrytime farm
Country Time Farm
we will be taking orders for Easter Hams. We will have  cured pork tenderloin, and sugar free bacon plus our regular products.


Deep Roots Valley Farm
We are well stocked on steaks, roasts, hot dogs, burgers, cubes, chipsteak, chicken and eggs!


Oley Valley Mushroom
We'll have a nice selection of freshly harvested mushrooms

Sausage hash & eggs. Pork roll sandwich

Pureblend will be there with all of our hand blended seasonal teas ON SALE! Because....Spring is coming and we are busy blending new teas for warmer weather!

Wild For Salmon
  is excited to be back at market this Saturday! We will be sampling our Hickory Smoked Salmon and Smoked Salmon Spread! And as always, we'll be fully stocked on your salmon and whitefish favorites: Salmon Burgers, Lox, Fillet, Portions, Halibut, Pacific Cod and more! Gluten Free Baking has a full line of gluten free baked  goods for your every need.  Our line up includes:  Breads, Rolls, Pizza Crusts, Muffins, and Cookies!  We are very excited to be a part of the Phoenixville Farmers Market as it is our home town. Please join us for our opening day Saturday Feb. 27th!
