Hello Market Shoppers!
The cold weather is finally GONE and our farmers and food producers are looking forward to Saturday's winter market!
A sure sign of spring is the return of local maple syrup! The frigid winter delayed the flow of the maple sap, but those days are gone and Ridge Valley Farm will be at the market with the first of their 2015 local maple syrup. Another sign of spring is the fact that 3 farms will have locally grown vegetables- time to make a spring salad!
Easter is only three weeks away and Country Time Farm will be taking orders for hams.
Don't forget that you can pick up a hot cooked sandwich from HEART Food Truck on Saturday or a cup of hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate from Artisans Cafe.
Lee Sagula, from Silverstone Jewels will be selling her handcrafted silver jewelry.
It may rain on Saturday, but you'll stay dry under our wonderful bridge!
If you haven't come to one of our Winter Markets, please visit us! We all set up in the upper portion under the bridge and make a cozy circle of incredibly delicious food. Chances are that you will have a chance to chat with a neighbor or old friend, and you might even make some new acquaintances!

Our chicken selection is getting very low. Once we are out we will not have any until the beginning of May. Since we raise our chickens outdoors, our poultry production is seasonal. If you love our chicken, this is the week to stock up! We still have drumsticks, wings, whole legs and livers.
