Hello Market Shoppers!

We hope you will join us for a special Winter Market on Saturday!  Last week's snow made it impossible for some of our farmers to come and so we added an extra market- just in time for the Super Bowl!  You'll find all the makings for a tasty Super Bowl feast- Birchrun Blue Cheese, bacon, sausage, baguettes, smoked salmon, hummus, guacamole, salsa, mushrooms & more!  We'll also have two food trucks cooking and serving hot food and Artisans will have hot coffee!  If you stop by Saint Peter's Bakery be sure to thank Pete Melle who not only donated some REALLY BRILLIANT baguettes to The Colonial Theatre Robert Burns Memorial Whisky Tasting Benefit last Friday - but also hand delivered them FRESHLY MADE - 2 hours before the event!!!  What a wonderful community we have!

We will have our next Winter Market on February 14th, so be sure to stock up for the coming weeks!
 
If you haven't come to one of our Winter Markets, please visit us!  We all set up in the upper portion under the bridge and make a cozy circle of incredibly delicious food.  Chances are that you will have a chance to chat with a neighbor or old friend, and you might even make some new acquaintances!

Wild for Salmon

Wild For Salmon will be back with everyone's Wild For Salmon favorites! Fillets, Portions, Burgers, Smoked Salmon, Ravioli, Smoked Spread and more! We will also have Pacific Cod, Scallops and Black Cod with us. Don't forget your best friends - Pick up some of our 100% Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon pet patties or our gluten free dog treats!



Wild for Salmon is a local business that provides fresh/frozen wild Alaskan sockeye salmon at a common good price. Wild for Salmon is owned and operated by Steve and Jenn Kurian of Bloomsburg, PA.

The salmon is caught by Jen and Steve in Bristol Bay, Alaska, during the months of June and July and brought home to be sold at farm markets, restaurants and health-food stores.
