Hello Market Shoppers!

Tomorrow we will have perfect weather to celebrate National Farmers' Market Week!  The stars are aligned for a spectacular market- bountiful produce, meats, cheeses, and artisan food, PLUS great music from Christine & Company, PLUS unique handmade items from local artists!

If you love the market, we hope you'll vote for us on Philly Hot List!  Just click here to do it.

At 9am, we'll have a vacuum freezing demo on stage where we'll show how to thaw, marinate and re-freeze farmers' market meats for easy meals.  This is a great way to make a lot of meals out of a single piece of meat.  With a little bit of preparation you can make lots of easy meals.  You can sign up for the demo here.

Next week is National Can It Forward Day and we will have a very special canning demo at 9am.  Everyone who attends will receive free canning supplies, courtesy of the Ball Company!  You can sign up for the demo here.

See you at the Market!
