Playgrounds for Palestine
Playgrounds for Palestine is a 503c non profit featuring fair trade certified organic olive oil from 2013 harvest in Birqin, Palestine. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this olive oil benefits the building of playgrounds in Palestine and neighboring countries that host Palestinian refugee camps. In partnership with Canaan Fair Trade we are featuring 500 ml bottles ($20) and 1 liter tins ($30) of Rumi olive oil and Nabali olive oil. Both are cold pressed and extra virgin. Rumi refers to olive oil harvested from the oldest trees dating back to Roman times and has a strong flavor. Nabali is harvested from younger trees and has a milder flavor. Tasting will be available.
