Hello Market Shoppers!

It may be HOT tomorrow, but it will be COOL under the bridge!

AND the market will be overflowing with summer fruits and vegetables.  Peaches, plums, blueberries, raspberries, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants.  The list of mouth watering produce goes on and on!  These are the crops we look forward to all year and they will be at the market TOMORROW!

If you enjoy your weekly cup of coffee at the market from Artisan's Cafe, we have a special treat this week.  One Village Coffee master roaster Woody will demonstrate coffee brewing starting at 9am.  Look for him on our stage before the music begins.

Last year, our hottest market was on July 7th when the high
A COOL 88 Degrees Under the Bridge!
temperature for the day was 104 degrees.  That day we used an infrared thermometer to take the temperature under the bridge- it was only 88 degrees!  We are grateful to the borough for our wonderful bridge!

This week Phoenixville Hopsital will be at the market to offer free blood pressure screenings.  We will also welcome Playgrounds for Palestine as a special guest.  This non-profit group partners with Palestinian Olive Oil producers to bottle and sell their Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  The proceeds are used to build playgrounds for Palestinian children.

SEE YOU AT THE MARKET!
