Hello Market Shoppers!

Blueberries, tomatoes, cherries, peaches- summer produce is HERE!!  We have a great market lineup this week and look forward to seeing you all.

While you are at the market, don't forget to stop by our table to fill out a raffle ticket.  It's free and you might win a Phoenixville Farmers' Market bag filled with market goodies.  This month's winner received items from:

this week's highlights

Artisan's Gallery & Café

Happy 4th of July Weekend!  The weather will be perfect for lemonade and this week will be the last weekend to participate in our fundraiser for the Alexis Lemonade Stand Foundation. For the month of June, Artisans contributed 10 cents (2 nickels) for every cup of 16 oz or 24 oz organic lemonade sold to the Alexis Lemonade Stand Foundation. Donations are always welcomed.   Along with our hot coffee, we bring freshly brewed Iced black & peach Harney Organic Tea along with our Artisans blend Iced Coffee which goes great with our assortment of baked goods scones, biscotti, energy bars & baked cinnamon chips.  

 

Birchrun Hills Farm  

Hot, Sweet & Mild Sticks are back! Randy just picked up a batch of Summer Sausage, in one lb. packs, serve it with our Equinox cheese.  We'll have a full cheeseboard featuring Birchrun Blue, Fat Cat, Equinox & Red Cat.   

 

 

Cucina Verde will have Beet Ginger Kraut, Onions, Caraway Kraut  

 

Deep Roots Valley Farm

We have a great deal this week for those of you with freezer space!  Get 5 or more whole chickens for $3.25/lb (that's 75 cents off/lb).  You need to order in advance and they will be delivered frozen.  They will be in the 3.5-4.5lb range.

This week we are excited to start offering pet treats!  They are made from our chicken gizzards and bonded with eggs.  You get 30 treats for $4.50.

We also are happy to offer whole chicken backs for your pets raw food diet, or for making stock.  If you would like some just send us an email.  Prices 1-5lbs $2/lb, 5-10lbs $1.75/lb, 10+lbs $1.50/lb.  We will be running a test batch of ground chicken backs this week and if all goes well we will have them at the market (just stop by and ask if you are interested). 

 

Ellen April will be at the market this week with their large selection of luxurious soaps and body products. They'll also have a limited quantity of their Orphans & Uglies. These are perfectly fine soaps that may be the last of their kind, dinged, dented or just cosmetically challenged. They're a great bargain and the perfect way to try Ellen April soap at a reduced price  

 

Hoagland Farms will have sour cherries,sweet cherries, black currants, gooseberries, raspberries,beans squash honey and pork  

 

Huyard's Homestead Farm will be bringing the first of their delicious blueberries!

Let the celebrations continue!   We are thrilled to offer our newest creation, "Star Spangled Vanilla", just in time for your holiday parties and graduation celebrations.  It's our silky-smooth Classic Vanilla loaded with farm-fresh cherries and whole blueberries.

Also returning will be our authentic Pistachio and Harvest Cherry (with a hint of Apricot Brandy), and  our crowd-pleasing favorites: Chocolate Supreme, Rustic Lemon, and Sea Salt Caramel

Hey, wow...first tree fruits from the farm! We'll have one or two kinds of plums this week, and ...just possibly...a few of the first peaches! Plus, we'll have: sugar snap peas, carrots, chard, new potatoes, scallions, cucumbers, summer squash, and likely some colorful heirloom tomatoes! Most everything you need, produce-wise, for a great holiday weekend!  

 

Pureblend will be there with our Ready to Brew Iced Tea Packs, a varieties of hand blended whole leaf teas and our organic sea salts selection.

Make freshly brewed Iced Tea easily at home with our cold brew packs. Choose from:
