Vera Pasta

Two New items this week!

Tomato Pie -  we think of pizza from Naples but he pizza from Rome is as good or better. It's called pizza al taglio, means pizza by the slice. It's square and not as thin as pizza from Naples. My tomato pie is made with "00" flour from Naples, Italy, san marzano tomatoes, roasted garlic and local basil.

Homemade Lasagna- I am starting off simple with a traditional cheese lasagna. I use my homemade pasta, marinara, fresh ricotta and fresh mozzarella. 30 minutes in the oven and you have a meal for 2-3

Pasta List:

Pappardelle
Spinach tagliatelle
Lemon penne
Chipotle black bean spaghetti
Roasted garlic, chiles, parsley and olive oil gnocchi sarde
Ricotta gnocchi
Asparagus, lemon, ricotta and pecorino Toscana ravioli
Roasted lime chicken, Poblanos and Queso fresco ravioli
Marinara
Sunday gravy
