Memorial Day Fun! Pick up a selection of cheese for your weekend festivities. We'll also have our Birchrun Bockwurst and Franks for the grill. If you want to serve up a little something different, we'll have veal burgers, sausages and chops.

Hoagland Farms We have Rhubarb and a recipe to go with it! Here it is- Rhubarb-Apple Crisp 2# rhubarb- cut into 1" sections (6-8 stalks) 2 medium apples- peeled, cored, and cut into small pieces 1/2 c craisins (Dried cranberry) 1/2 c chopped walnuts Mix the fruit and nuts in a 9x13 baking dish 1 cup quik oats 1/3 c flour 1/2 c brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 c melted butter or margarine Mix the dry ingredients and stir the melted butter through until the mixture is crumbly Spread the oatmeal mixture over the fruit Bake at 375 F for about 35 minutes
