Hello Market Shoppers!
The weather should be beautiful for our first "Winter" Market of Spring on Saturday! We will have LOTS of great food for the Easter holiday or just for a celebration of Spring. The full details are in the body of the newsletter, but here are a few of the highlights
- John & Kira's will bring gorgeous Easter chocolates.
- Birchrun Hills Farm is pleased to announce that they have entered the hi-tech world of mobile credit card processing. Now you can buy Sue's cheese and meats without running out to an ATM!
- Spring is pruning season and Neil will be here to sharpen knives and pruning shears while you shop.
- Saint Peter's Bakery will have hot cross buns and they are taking special orders for their special Easter egg cakes.
- Ridge Valley Farm will be her with their PA Maple Syrup.
- Marci's Morsels will bring healthful and gluten free Carrot Quinoa cake.
- Pureblend Tea is featuring a Peach Melba tea for a taste of SUMMER!
If you haven't come to one of our Winter Markets, please visit us! We all set up in the upper portion under the bridge and make a cozy circle of incredibly delicious food. Chances are that you will have a chance to chat with a neighbor or old friend, and you might even make some new acquaintances!

Wild for Salmon is a local business that provides fresh/frozen wild Alaskan sockeye salmon at a common good price. Wild for Salmon is owned and operated by Steve and Jenn Kurian of Bloomsburg, PA. The salmon is caught by Jen and Steve in Bristol Bay, Alaska, during the months of June and July and brought home to be sold at farm markets, restaurants and health-food stores.
