Market Day Canele Gil Ortale
Market Day Canele came out of the oven after dozens of experiments that focused on fresh, delicious, classical canele. We learned that canele baking relies as much on technique as on a recipe. Perseverance paid off. Buckets of tears later we had a breakthrough! With confidence enough to offer our canele at market we began to bake for Sunday Market at HeadHouse Shambles in Philadelphia. We are thrilled to come to Phoenixville for the 2012 season!
