Greetings!
As February bows out in Manzanita here and there a few harbingers of spring are sprouting. Spring weather also isn't waiting until April: We've been blessed with intermittent hail showers, which only means that warmer temperatures and spring flowers can't be too far behind.
What are you planning for spring break? We have a special discount off the low-season rental rates for our March renters, and in this issue we'll tell you about two homes that joined us in 2012 that will be perfect for your vacation plans with the family.
Many annual events are still in their planning stages, but check out the events calendar if you would like to attend one of the local happenings. We keep it updated in every issue!

Enjoy the Beach at Manzanita Memories
Manzanita Memories came to OceanEdge in 2012 and was a renter favorite right from the start. This fun beach destination features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 6 guests in extra comfy beds. Here you can visit and enjoy the beach view upstairs while the kids watch TV or game in the downstairs entertainment room. Cross the street and you're on the sandy path through the dunes to the surf. Thinking about the 4th of July? The view of the beach fireworks from the upper deck is fantastic!
Decks on both levels offer outdoor living spaces: Cook outside on the upper level barbecue grill or relax in the porch swing on the main level. All your beach toys have plenty of room in the garage, and when you've had enough sun and surf, the WIFI lets you surf the web, too. No dogs are allowed at Manzanita Memories, so no worries about allergies!
Manzanita Memories rents during the low season for only $145/night (high season $195/night). Affordable and only steps from the sand: Call us soon. This one will go fast!

Almost all the living spaces are upstairs: In addition to the great room you'll enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill at the front entry, two queen bedrooms and two full baths.
On the ground level, you'll find another bedroom/TV room with a twin/day bed plus a full bath and a mud room with laundry equipment.
Your small dog is also allowed with prior approval. The garage is a great spot for your beach toys.
Manzanita Heights sleeps 5 guests for the low-season rate of only $165/night ($190 high season). If it's quiet and seclusion you seek for your beach vacation, ask us about Manzanita Heights. Call us at 866-368-3343 to schedule your retreat.
