Unfortunately, at that moment, this very expensive device that has the capability to have the cyber world at their fingertips isn't as formidable as its highly esteemed reputation! It has been reduced to a device full of ordinary games that are not even played anymore...or a palm pilot at best! Not much fun! 

 

BUT imagine the capabilities this device has once it has taken possession of its power source ... a highly efficient source that can bring the user to places in which people like a young Bill Gates could have only dreamed of! Once connected - other than tapping into the Pentagon - options are pretty much limitless!

 

When the Word of God tells us that we can do NOTHING without the Holy Spirit, WHY are we not seeking access to that POWER? The password for that power being J-E-S-U-S! 

 

His word reveals in Philippians "that we can DO ALL THINGS through Christ who gives us strength!" Or POWER! We have access to the One that can make us powerful beyond measure! He can give us power to do things that we couldn't do unless we were CONNECTED to Him in an intimate way!

 

I challenge you to go deeper with your Heavenly Father! Grab hold of your Father's vine and allow your branches to be engulfed with His power! And watch as your branches become so enriched by that DIVINE power that the spiritual fruits that grow on it will overflow onto those who need to see God moving in their lives!

 

Dear Lord, I am so thankful that when I draw closer to you I always walk away with something greater than what I had before! I'm so grateful that Your promises are true and that with faith I can move mountains through YOUR great power! 

 

I thank You, my Jesus, for dying for me. I believe that You are Lord and that God raised You from the grave so that I can have eternal life.

 

Reflection: Are there things in my life that are causing me to be disconnected from God? What can I do to remove them?
