Dear Friends,

In scheduling today's devotion days ago, we did not realize that today was both inauguration day and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We encourage you today to take time and reflect on the power of dreaming so big and in alignment with God as Dr. King did that the world could continue to be changed for the greater. Today is definitely one day that the "Blue Monday" concept highlighted in today's devotion is inaccurate. What an awesome day to celebrate for many reasons!! Martin Luther King

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that."
Martin Luther King Jr.

May we all make the choice to love with that kind of love.

Also, as instructed in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, take time to pray for our President and his family as he takes office and leads our country in the next four years.

1 Timothy 2:1-2  "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people- for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness."

Blessings,

Gwen and Rachelle
