Counselors, Teachers, and Students: Academic Showcase

This past week, our amazing Counselors partnered with Teachers and Students to put on an Academic Showcase event during lunch. Students were able to learn more about a wide range of classes and programs as we head into registration season.

Reps from Sports Medicine, French, Printmaking, Calculus, Ceramics, Engineering, Fire Science, and many, many, more classes and programs were on hand for students to explore.

Teachers and students were on hand to answer questions, pass out flyers, and provide opportunities to demonstrate or for hands-on experiences. For example, students from ceramics made some pottery and the Fire Science program offered students a change to try on fire fighter gear!

A great time was had by all and our students were given an additional opportunity to learn about the various classes and programs we offer.

Choir Students Sing Valentine's Grams

Dozens of members of the various choir ensembles on campus continued the much anticipated tradition of singing Valentine's grams to recipients as part of one of their fundraisers.

As well, it is a great way to spread the spirit of love, kindness, and friendship. The ensembles performed a range of songs that featured their owns twists of creativity and arrangements.

Thank you to all of the students for bringing happiness to all of the people who heard you sing on Friday.
