This Monday, we'll be on an Assembly-like schedule as we add a period to our day and practice our full evacuation procedures.  Mr. Vlasic and the School Services arm of Los Al have done a great job prepping our staff and students for a real emergency --- including uploading a set of EVACUATION VIDEOS to our YouTube page this week --- and we are ready to go!

Starting this Tuesday @ 10am, students, parents, and community supporters will have the opportunity to purchase some high-quality Griffin Gear from our partners at Sport Chalet.  The chance to stock-up on great clothes this Holiday Season will only last 7 days, as our online store will close on December 3rd.  So hurry and get some great gifts today!

Last week, more than 20 teachers took part in our 2nd Instructional Networking Round of the year.  Observing a Chemistry lesson focused on the skill of experiment design, teachers focused on the shift from content to skill in the sciences and reflected and gave feedback using the Gradual Release Of Responsibility framework introduced last month!
