CHANGES TO SR & VPK PROGRAM POLICIES
Effective: January 1, 2015
School Readiness

Reinstatements
School Readiness eligibility will no longer be reinstated beyond the last day of care. For example: If a client's last day of care is 01/01/15 they have until 01/01/15 to submit requested documentation. Failure to provide requested documents will result in a termination of services.

Transfers
Parent co-payments must be paid in full in order to transfer child care services. Child care providers must complete and sign the School Readiness Child Transfer form before a child(ren) can transfer from their program. This form is located the Forms for Families page of the Coalition's website.

Maternity Leave

Maternity leave is considered a temporary break in services. Maternity leave starts the last day of work and/or school and does not exceed sixty (60) calendar days. Maternity leave is not a purpose for care at time of redetermination.
