It has come to our attention that there are providers in violation of local city codes regarding signs advertising the VPK program. This is a reminder that all providers must be in compliance with local city codes when displaying the signage for VPK. Failure to comply with city codes may result in a fine from your local code enforcement. City codes vary throughout Pinellas County. As a business owner it is your responsibility to know the codes for the area in which you operate your business.

- Signs must be on private property.
- Do not place signs on the right of way or on the easement between the sidewalk and the street.
