IMPORTANT: VPK ASSESSMENT KIT ORDERS
WARNING: YOUR VPK CONTRACT IS IN JEOPARDY

Recent guidance issued by the Office of Early Learning prohibits Early Learning Coalitions from contracting with any provider for the VPK program for the next five years if they do not meet the requirements of the VPK Assessment process. Providers may begin to meet these requirements by ordering the VPK Assessment Kit.

Our records indicate that your site still has not ordered the VPK Assessment Kit(s) or Replacement Kit(s) for the 2014-2015 VPK program year.  In order to receive the kits, you must place an order online which will be approved by the Coalition. Click here for details on how to order your kit.

Existing VPK Providers
If you ordered VPK last year, you already have a VPK Assessment Kit but must order a Replacement Kit. Each kit contains enough materials for 20 children. Therefore, your order must have 1 kit per approved VPK classroom. New VPK Providers
If this is your first year offering the VPK program, you must order a new VPK Assessment Kit. Each kit contains enough materials for 20 children. Therefore, your order must have 1 kits per approved VPK classroom.
There is still enough time to place an order but only if you act quickly!
