The Coalition's Reimbursement Department has a few announcements to share with providers regarding parent fees, VPK provider rates and forms to use.  If you have any questions regarding these announcements or your reimbursement payments, please feel free to contact your assigned Reimbursement Specialist directly. Parent Fees for School Age Children
Now that summer is officially here, all school age children receiving School Readiness scholarships have switched from part time to full time status. Effective June 5, the parent fees for school age children during the summer months are double. School age children will return to part time care status on the first day of school on August 18. 

Please note: Providers must review and notify the Coalition within 10 days of receiving the monthly reimbursement report if they are being under or over paid for children in care based on the child's true hours of care. Failure to do so will result in a payment adjustment. If you have any questions, please contact your Reimbursement Specialist.

VPK Provider Rates for 2014/2015 Program Year 
The Coalition has just received the new VPK rates for the 2014-2015 program year. These rates are effective when the next school year program begins. 
  • School Year Session is $4.52 per hour, which equates to $2,442.61 per child for the 540 hour School Year Program.  
  • Summer Session is $6.94 per hour, which equates to $2,084.78 per child for the 300 hour Summer 2015 Program.    

Reimbursement Forms

The Reimbursement Department continues to receive outdated forms from  providers each month.  Please visit the Forms for Providers page of the Coalition's website to ensure you are using the most current and accurate forms.  Staff has noticed that the most common incorrect form submitted is the Request for Justification of Excessive Absences.  Please click on the link below for the most current version of the form.
