All Summer Only School Readiness Agreements must be submitted to the Coalition by close of business on Thursday, May 15, 2014.

If you are a Summer Only provider that would like to obtain a School Readiness Agreement, please contact Marie Smith at 727-400-4461. Accompanying documents for agreement execution will be sent via USPS mail upon request.

Failure to submit the documents by the  deadline may result in your summer program not being approved. Once the Coalition receives your completed documents, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.

The Department of Children and Families require all summer camps to register their programs on the MyFLFamilies.com website to verify background screening. Please click here for more information or contact the Pinellas County License Board at 727-507-4857.
