SR Finance Documents
Due Date: April 25, 2014
The following annual School Readiness finance documents are due to the Coalition by April 25, 2014:  

All School Readiness child care providers must submit these documents to the Coalition. If you do not submit your holiday schedule by the deadline you will not be reimbursed for any holidays during the 2014-2015 program year. If you do not submit your survey of rates by the deadline your rates will remain the same as the 2013-2014 program year. Once the Coalition receives your completed documents, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
