School Readiness Agreement Renewal - School Age

It's time for all School Age providers to submit their School Readiness Agreement Renewal. Pending the Statewide Agreement, this is a two (2) year agreement. The Coalition has streamlined the SR renewal process by offering the agreement online. Providers can now submit everything electronically. Please carefully review the document as several policies have changed due to new legislation. The deadline to submit the agreement is Friday, February 14, 2014. Agreement Renewal Effective
April 1, 2014 - March 31, 2016
In order to access and submit the SR Agreement online, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. This software is available online as a free download at: http://get.adobe.com/reader. If you have any questions about the SR Agreement or no longer wish to provide School Readiness services, please contact Beth Kirkwood at 727-400-4462 or bkirkwood@elcpinellas.net.
