Training Requirements for VPK InstructorsThree

Don't forget, as stated in recent legislation in HB 7165, VPK instructors are required to complete the Emergent Literacy as well as the Standards for Four-Year-Olds 2011 training courses by July 1, 2014.

Please note VPK Instructors with an Associate's degree or higher are not required by law to have these courses although they are highly recommended.

If you have any questions regarding these training requirements, please contact your Provider Support Specialist.
