Our show will include our fearlessly talented Tony award-winning guest - Alan Cumming. Actor, director, producer and writer, Mr. Cumming is currently starring in Macbeth on Broadway and on CBS as Eli Gold in the Emmy winning drama - The Good Wife. We'll have lots of fun discussing how he plays every character in Macbeth fearlessly and how he does so in all his works and throughout his life. Our musical conversation will include songs and music that help us give be fearless this Spring with all the changes going on around us. Music that inspires us and helps us create and expand the harmony and understanding of the Rite of Spring within ourselves, our lives and our universe. Master Say Sheppard is a past guest on the Double Diamond Hour and has just returned to American after 10 years of training in S. Korea on the art of danjeon(tantien) breathing for wellness.
He is a direct disciple of Suroso Mun, who wrote over 20 books on reaching enlightenment through the Korean Seon Taoist tradition. Say just wrapped up a tour in S. Africa and has released a new DVD series and book called FeelBetterOnYourOwn. He will share with you simple, effective and time-proven exercises and breathing methods that anyone of any age can do to release stress and pain and get back their clarity, stamina and health.
The workshop will include:
- basic five element exercises that include rotating joints, shaking, rubbing, tapping, kicking, laughing to move stuck energy and detox the body.
- posture meditations to open the skeleton of the body
- locating and breathing from your danjeon (tantien) spot in a lying position in order to root it.

You might not see this change in your Gmail yet, as Google is rolling it out to users over time, but if you haven't, just know that pretty soon your inbox is going to look and behave very differently.
**IMPORTANT** You need to make a quick change (it will take you less than 5 seconds!) to ensure that you can continue to receive emails from us in your main inbox.
If your Gmail doesn't look different yet, we urge you to flag this email so that when it does you'll have easy access to the following instructions.
And if it does look different, we hope you'll take five seconds to quickly make this small adjustment so you don't miss anything from us in the future.
There are two ways to handle this issue.
The first, simplest and safest is this:
- Step 1: Go to the Settings box in the upper right hand corner of your inbox and click on "Settings."
- Step 2: Click on the "Inbox" tab, then simply un-check the "Promotions" box and save your changes.
Once you do this, our emails will come directly to you just as they always have!
Here's the other way you can handle this if you decide you want to use the "Promotions" inbox for other things:
- Step 1: Simply drag this email from the "Promotions" inbox to the "Primary" tab.
- Step 2: Click "YES" when the alert pops up.
Now, regardless of which method you've used, Gmail will know we're connected and you'll still receive our emails in your "Primary" inbox as usual.
