The North America Regional Round of Tata InnoVista 2015 Celebrates Innovation

The North America regional round of Tata InnoVista 2015 was held February 26 at the Tata Communications offices in Herndon, Virginia. Launched in 2006, InnoVista has become one of the largest platforms for teams of Tata group employees to display their innovative work and learn from one another. At the North America regional round, judges were given the opportunity to listen to the 11 team presentations and give out awards in two categories: "Promising Innovations" (for all the successfully completed innovations related to product/service, core operating processes and support processes) and "Dare to Try" (for those bold innovation attempts, which ultimately did not achieve desired outcomes).

The "Promising Innovations category yielded four winners in varying subcategories: a team from Tata Communications won in the New Service Innovations subcategory; a team from Tata Consultancy Services won in the Services Enabling Innovations subcategory; another team from Tata Communications won in the Support Process subcategory; and another team from Tata Consultancy Services won in the Social Innovations subcategory. Dare to Try yielded one winning team from Tata Consultancy Services. Congratulations to all the participants!
