One of the hardest jobs we have as human beings is setting healthy boundaries for ourselves. This is simply creating a clear understanding of what is and is not acceptable to you in a relationship. This holds true for all relationships with co-workers, friends, relatives, and loved ones.
Most of the time people are not deliberately trying to hurt you or make you have a negative feeling or emotion. When healthy boundaries are not achieved, anger and resentment can build, in many cases this can occur without the other party being aware. Healthy boundaries involve being honest with yourself and those around you. You deserve the same tenderness, consideration and love you give to others. They will respect your honesty, and you will feel better about yourself. Remember you have the right to your feelings whether or not anyone agrees with them! Yes, you are that important!

 In this experiential workshop, we will explore your Intuitive Self to discover how this sacred connection to Spirit, creativity, and inspiration keeps you well, safe, and growing on your spiritual path. We will learn how to listen to that powerful inner voice which knows how to guide us and protect us in the world. We will come to understand how important it is for us to live from that special space within us.
About Michael Blue Turtle: For 25 years, Blue Turtle, M. Div., M. Ed., has been serving the metaphysical community as a spiritual teacher, counselor, and intuitive. He comes from a maternal intuitive Ukrainian-Ashkenazi Hassidic-Serbian-Croatian lineage. His messages from Mother of Light and Grandfather Shaman of Mesa Verde are published in Sedona Journal of Emergence. His spiritual CD, "A Song For You," co-written with Ted Hallman celebrates the shamanic journey through darkness to light. Blue Turtle's spiritual poetry and articles have been published in literary and spiritual journals.
