 Generally, prayer is used to petition help and guidance. Our thoughts need to focus on what we truly desire, on our desired outcome instead of praying for a mishap not to happen. Pray with clarity for the desired outcome. My experience is when I am centered resting in a space of quiet I invite and allow myself to surrender and release my lower thoughts, such as worry, un forgiveness, and anger to God and the Angels. Practicing faith and trust that I am empowered to co-create this experience, and enjoying this space for several moments, I begin to experience a sense of emotional and mental relief a sense of "ahhhh". Feeling that sense I move into awareness of my physical body and allow and invite a releasement of tension throughout my muscles. I find it helpful to inhale a beautiful breath and send that breath with intention to my muscles and exhale the tension in that muscle out. Thus settling into a relaxed state.
Today, I challenge you to connect to your own centered space, connect to breath and release tension that you hold in your body and experience a physical sensation of lightness.

Reiki Self-Healing Meditation February 19, 7:00-8:00pm This is a 60 minute self-healing meditation open to all who have had Reiki training anywhere. $20/pp Preregister with PayPal Reiki Master Refresher February 21, 6:30-8:00pm This 90 minute class is only open to students who have been trained in Reiki Level 1-3 at the Awaken With Light Studio. This is a refresher course to further assist you in your skills as a Reiki Master. $35/pp, class size is limited to 4 participants. Preregister with PayPal for Reiki Master Refresher Reiki Level II Refresher February 23, 11:00am-12:30pm This 90 minute class is open to only students who have been trained in Reiki Level II with Nancy at the Awaken With Light Studio. Learn Integrative Energy Therapy (IET)� with
Judy Toma  Often referred to as "Healing with the Energy of Angels," Integrated Energy Therapy � (IET) is one of the next generation - hands on - power energy therapy systems that get the "issues out of your tissues" for good! IET supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present, and helps you to reach for the stars as you evolve into your future. IET uses an Angelic Ray which is higher in frequency than Reiki and is particularly effective in removing blocks that create limitations.
