SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS AND PRICING
Larry Jordan

It's been an interesting week! After last week's newsletter, I received more than 500 emails filled with comments and suggestions. Key among them was, that while you like the idea of our subscriptions and the quality of our training, we need to make prices more competitive.

So, after a lot of discussion this past week, I'm delighted to make the following five announcements:

First. Effective today, we have rolled both our Standard and Premium Memberships into a single level, called Premium.

You can become a member for the new low price of $19.99 per month. (Current subscribers, keep reading to see how you benefit!)

Second. We now offer annual subscriptions for $199.99. That's an entire year for $199.99. The membership benefits are the same.

Third. Membership now includes all the video training we currently have on our website - more than 300 movies! This includes up-to-date Final Cut Pro X training and our rapidly growing library of Adobe training. Membership videos are streamed. If a member wants to own a copy of any video to store on their local system, you can purchase the download version separately at the discounted subscriber price of $19.99.

Fourth. We have lowered the price of our downloadable webinars to $24.99 for non-subscribers.

Fifth. Subscribers in good standing can now enjoy our weekly live webinars for FREE .

Membership videos can now be played on all mobile devices, including iPads - contact us for special instructions for iPhones - as well as Mac and Windows computers

I believe the best way for all of us to be successful in today's challenging market is to keep our skills sharp; and this means training. I'm committed to providing high quality training at an affordable price. I'm delighted that our subscriptions now offer an even greater value on outstanding training.

We have exciting new products to talk about, once the NAB Show is over. By the way, be sure to catch all the latest announcements from the NAB Show on the NAB Show BuZZ.

Creating Stories
Hand-in-air 125x150
DVD Studio Pro is still used every day around the world to create professional-grade DVDs.

In this article, I explain one of the key reasons I use DVD SP for all my DVD work: stories.

Stories allow us to excerpt, reorganize, even reedit the video in a DVD track. Once you learn them, you'll use them in almost every project. This article explains how they work.
