Roadster Style Tilt Steering Columnst

Roadster Style Tilt Columns
With only 5-1/2" from the bottom of the dish to the top of the column's shroud, this compact space-saving design has a nostalgic look and full tilt functionality. Perfect for Roadsters and Classic Trucks or Early 1953-62 Corvettes.

This column fits snug against the dash and, compared to a standard tilt column, allows for an additional 2" of clearance in the driver's seat. Each column is CNC machined from high-grade 304 stainless steel.

Rod Authority tech article on keyless ignition install Keyless Touch Start Installation Article on RodAuthority.com
Our friends at RodAuthority.com put together a very detailed and comprehensive installation article for our new Touch Start RFID Keyless Ignition System.

The keyless system was installed in the 1949 Baby Lincoln, pictured above, by Keith Vandermeulen and his team at Image Street Rods. Keith had this to say about the installation:

"This system was a super easy install from start to finish. It was only eight wires to get the entire system installed and start the car. Since I was just getting ready to wire the car to begin with, this was a simple install and I just incorporated it into the wiring I already had planned to do.”

If you're thinking of adding a touch start keyless ignition system to your vehicle, make sure you read the article on RodAuthority.com and visit www.flamingriver.com for information on the two different kits we offer.
